Sometimes you have to go the wrong way in order to find the right one. And sometimes you just know which way to go. Both ways are valid and both ways are equally good. 

I have been researching a topic lately, reading about it, listening to podcasts and interviews etc and today I had a great revelation. 

From the very beginning, before I started diving into all the material, once I set the question “is this good for me? what’s off about this?”, I got my answer. It was right there, as though someone pointed a finger at the answer and I only had to look at it. And so today, at a random moment, I saw myself doing this thing where, I already know the answer, I know it! and yet, my mind is saying oh let’s listen to this video, see what someone else thinks about this, what about that book you have on the shelf?

See, that’s what a lifetime of outsourcing authority and guidance can do – you seek external validation and approval before deciding what something means to you. 

It totally makes sense. And it’s also time to move past this model of living. 

I don’t need outside confirmation for what I already know to be true. 

I don’t need outside validation for what I have already experienced. 

I don’t need external approval for what I feel, for who I am or for where I’m going. 

Thanks but no thanks.

Have unshakable self trust. 

Overhaul your beliefs and let go of everything that hinders your ability to move forward. 

Keep an open mind and a warm heart. 

Throw your idols into the fire. 

Be your own leader and sage. 

Create your own cosmology. 

Remember that your soul is infinite, eternal and indestructible. 

Nothing can ever deviate you from  your own path, so let that internal fire show you the way.
