Intro

There are a lot of reasons why people decide to write. Write books, blogs, essays, diary entries, articles, novels, poetry and lots of other forms of writing that I’m not familiar with. Writing has been a great way of communicating ideas but also a self declaration to the world. A way of saying “hey! I exist!”, “hey! here’s what my world looks like”. In other words, writing and putting your words out there has been the choice of millions as a way to be visible and share themselves publicly. 

Now, make no mistake, writing or any other means of communication is not about how many eyes or ears receive your material but rather , the very act, the choice you make to take up space and to be seen and heard – that’s where the magic happens and that’s why I am here too. 

I believe there’s more than enough space for everyone in this beautiful universe and using our voice, in any way, shape or form can have an impact on other people more than we can imagine or what the world would have us believe. 

As a strong advocate for everything that makes you YOU and anything and everything that creates this unique, uncensored, individual and authentic being that you inherently are , I’m declaring this as my own special, warm and sacred space of existing in this world, so welcome! 

Disclaimer: 

The name I chose to give to this space, Larger than life is just the right size, was inspired by Noxeema Jackson, a fictional character in the film “To Wong Foo, thanks for everything!”. 

This film did something to my soul, in a profound and unexpected way and that particular phrase encapsulates my whole philosophy of being in the world, I will even dare say it inspired the creation of this space. So, thank you Noxeema and may this place be blessed with your energy and magic 🪄
